This year, I am organising Reddam's TEDx event alongside Jess, and have really enjoyed this leadership experience. I have learnt so many interesting concepts from previous and current speakers, and am so excited to grow my knowledge in these areas as well as widen my scope of understanding of the task of leading a group and organising a large event.

In organising TEDxYouth@ReddamHouse 2023, I have learnt what it means to be a good leader, and am so happy and privileged to have this opportunity. I am passionate about learning about the world, and have done so in making an impact through organising this event with Emily.
